• Planning of new Model parts development

• Drawing Study.

• To implement vendor parts inspection to ensure the parts quality.

• To control receiving and line rejection to ensure streamlined production.

• To ensure the trouble-free production in all concerned areas/shops.

• To maintain the standards of warranty by ensuring the existing parts quality.

• To conduct Quality Audit Visits (QAV) for verification and improvement in vendors’ parts manufacturing

• Processes as per Process Quality Control Tables (PQCT).
