I am a Certified Physician Assistant with a greater than 20 years experience in both hospital and clinic based emergency and ambulatory medicine practices. Responsibilities include: Management of all levels of acuity seen in the Emergency Department, adult, adolescent, pediatrics, geriatrics and OB/GYN. Surgical procedures including, minor surgical procedures, complicated wound closure, fracture/sprain management, joint reductions, central line and chest tube placement. Assist in management of cardiac and respiratory emergencies including intubations. Have worked in Emergency Departments with census of 60,000 patients/year. In addition to NCCPA certification, I have a Certification of Additional Qualifications in Emergency Medicine from NCCPA. I possess strong administrative skills in office management, record keeping and computer system operation.
