Duties& Responsibilities:
Studying contract drawings, specifications and contract general terms and conditions of the project.
Reviewing shop drawings according to design/contract drawings and specifications in compliance with standard and codes of respective disciplines.
Ordering the Required material as per Specifications.
Allocating resources as per the schedule to achieve target.
Responsible to deal with material suppliers for technical submittal of the material.
Monitoring site installation and execution of work and ensuring for compliance with project Specifications shop drawings, method of statements and relevant standards and codes.
To ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC Standards.
Coordinating with other trades civil, mechanical, and finishing to avoid repetitive work.
Making the progress report on Monthly and Weekly basis.
Making Electro-Mechanical Co-ordination on site.
Testing and commissioning of all Mechanical installations.
Making Inspections and Taking clearance of work executed to proceed.
To coordinate with the consultant for smooth work flow and avoid any delay in the work progress.
Preparing and maintaining LOGS for MIR, IR, RFI, Drawings and Material submittals.
Report site progress and issues to the project manager for the best output.
To close NCR/FIELD INSTRUCTIONS with in Time frame.
