4 months of internship at Shin-Etsu (M) Sdn. Bhd. and I have learnt how to use viscometer, Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand

(BOD) and automated titrator. During internship, I also have learnt to write SOPs.

1 year of Research and Development (R&D) working experience at Tender Products Sdn. Bhd.. I have learnt the SOPs for formulating products, recording Stability Test, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Master Formula, Ingredient Listings (IL), Product Specification. The Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge also have learnt. Familiar with using viscometer, pH meter and laboratory homogenizer. My job scope is more focus on doing research and formulate skin care and cosmetic products. Improve old formulations and innovate new products.
