Production Supervisor

Contribute to the development and execution of the overall production stats while implementing policies, procedures, and processes to optimize workflow. Direct and oversee all production activities, safety performance and quality management activity on the shop floor. Support operations through planning, root cause analysis and process compliance. Recruit, hire, onboard and train employees. Work closely with engineers to analyze and improve process effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Achievements:

Achieved a high level of customer service by maximizing opportunities and developing production plans to minimize down time.

Facilitated a cross-training program to improve individual and team growth and development.
