DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operating all kind of systems as BMS(Building Management System), PCS(People Counting System),FACP(Fire Alarm Control Panels), VNIS (Vehicle Number Identify System)

Staff the security control room and operate all the functions, to agreed levels, within it including CCTV (Close Circuit Television),telephonic and radio systems, as well as the distribution of keys, recording details in the logbook as appropriate.

Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.

Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.

Experience with hardware and software issues

Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.

Keeping a record of the computer use of others for either supervision or security reasons, or setting computer controls accordingly.

Maintaining computer data, disks, files and related material and storing them in an orderly manner.

Perform troubleshoot on all PC systems and perform required maintenance on all computer hardware and software and prepare all software packages for all operating systems

Control of all operation systems, as well as, authorization of the operation of system devices, equipment and control access to electrical plant and substations.

Company staff and authorized contractor(s) working on the distribution system in accordance

Direct patrolling security officers to attend incidents and help co-ordinate situations with the Supervisor.

Taking the necessary information from the caller & dealing with incoming emergency calls and prioritizing them

Qualified Basic Security Training from National Security Institute (NSI).

Have Private Security Business Department (PSBD) license.
