Guarantee operation of mechanical gadgets and machinery by ensuring completion of preventative maintenance prerequisites on production machines, Compressor, Turbine, Cryogenic Pump, Water Pump, Cooling Tower, Heat Exchanger, Storage tank, Pressure Vessels etc.

Oversee mechanical devices while in operation and listen for complications using accurate testing and measuring instruments.

Take out inoperative parts by disassembling devices with the use of cranes, hoists, lifting tools, hand and power tools; and also observing texture and form of parts.

Ascertain changes in dimensional requisite of parts by examining used parts and utilizing micrometers, rules, calipers, and other measuring appliances.

Regulate downtime by enlightening production staff on standard preventive maintenance methods and monitoring their compliance.

Involve in Erection and commissioning of Rotary and Static Equipment’s in a 3 x 1700 TPD Air Separation Unit.

Involve in Erection, Refurbishment & Commissioning of 29.5 MW Centrifugal Air Compressors, 3.5 MW Centrifugal Nitrogen Compressor, Suction Air Filters, Skid base Turbine, Centrifugal Pumps, Cooling Tower, and EOT Cranes of Max. 30T capacity, Heat Exchangers & Pressure Vessels.

Inspection of various equipment’s at vendor’s site for dispatch approval.

List down the resource needs for projects.

Deploying review systems to manage execution of projects on time.

Follow-up activities with suppliers for timely delivery.

Material and Inventory management of materials.

Monitoring day-to-day site activities, manpower and equipment etc.
