JUNIOR ENGINEER

Worked as Junior Engineer in Central maintaince department at JSW steel Ltd. My key areas of responsibility and duties are listed below.

* Maintenance of more than 80 heavy duty & service EOT cranes (i.e. preventive, shutdown, breakdown) ranging from 5T-300T capacity.

* Analysing and finding route cause problems for repeatedly maintenanced cranes and solving them.

* Maintaining and managing store activities.

* Responsible for workers safety in work area. (i.e Providing PPE's, Explaing SOP and Safety rules)

* Team formation and assigning work to them. (i.e Repairing of damaged parts, cleaning workplace and arranging of spare parts for maintenance activities)

* Follow-up Central Repair Shop activities.

* Updating daily activities to Dy Manager and AGM.

GENERATION OF ELECTRICITY USING HOT WATER BY TEJ

Technology using a thermoelectric generator can directly transform thermal energy into electricity through the Seebeck effect.

RESULTS :- Fabrication and experimentation is done on low cost solar thermoelectric generator.
