Customer : T-Mobile, Us Cellular,Oi Brazil Tele,Ooredoo Myanmar. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

MME/FNG/SGSN/CMM/CBIS/AMF

• Monitoring of Realtime Switchover alarms for CMM through SAM tool for alarm escalation within the given SLA.

• Analyzing of alarms and cancel them using the CLI in LINUX platform (if required).

• Monitoring of Real Time KPI (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR) for all the CMM using Grafana tool and sending KPI Reports to the concerned team through mail by analyzing the parameters of CMM KPI.

• Traffica details will be analyzed using Traffica tool during the creation of KPI Report.

• Explaining about all the degradations in the KPI during customer review meeting.

• Log collection for CMM if switchover alarms occurs by using the CLI in LINUX platform.

• Zabbix, NASM, Interface link, Free memory, Switch, Kafka & Bad Sector Audit check performed for all CMM as per the request from the customer on daily/weekly basis.

• Fault Management and Level 1 troubleshooting in Packet Core Network (MME / SGSN). Perform task and Co- ordinate with R&D for Analyzing issue and Supported by Log Collection and other Trouble shooting terms.

• Cleanup Activity will be performed on all Undercloud VMs during Maintenance window to clear failed actions

& stopped process from all controller of CMM.

• Do Pre check & Post check for all the CMM/MME before upgrade and after upgrade to ensure proper upgrade of CMM/MME by using the CLI in LINUX platform.

• Fault Analysis & Rectifications in 2G, 3G and LTE Networks US CELLULAR

• Monitoring of critical & major alarms through NETACT on a RAS Server and escalating it to the concerned team through mail within the given SLA.

• Sending alarm reports for every 6 hours to the concerned team.

• Reset the site which was affected by alarms to clear the alarm in the site using BTS SITE MANAGER via NETACT.

• Sending the US CELLULAR MME reports for MMEs by checking the free memory on daily basis. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
