Responsibilities handled as Project Engineer:
• Thorough understanding about the project scope and BOQ.
• Preparation and implementation of project execution plan at site through deployment, guidance & monitoring of the subordinates and labors.
• Development of an extensive project management experience via quality, safe & healthier work environment.
• Ensuring all documentations and submittals related to projects are prepared and submitted for approval on time.
• Attend discussions with consultant and main contractor to resolve and proceed in all technical and progress related issues at site.
• Resource forecasting & material coordination on day to day and long-term basis.
• Work closely with design and production departments to optimize the output.
• Internal and external coordination to ensure the availability & supply of raw materials on time.
• Coordination with QA/QC personnel to ensure the approval of all installed elements.
• Identification of variation activities. Notify and get approval before start of work.
• Ensuring monthly targets are achieved and invoices are submitted.
• Payment follow ups
• Responsible personnel of the organization at site. Responsibilities handled as Material Engineer
• Thorough understanding about the project scope and BOQ.
• Reviewing Contract documents including IFC drawings, Specification Etc.
• Identifying the Curtain wall and Glass Partition System and Propose to Client for Review and Approval.
• Preparing Material Submittal/ Material Inspection / Operation and Maintenance Manual’s.
• Presentation of Material Sample Board for Client with Technical Data Sheets to get Approval of the materials prior to Procurement for the Project.
• Ensuring that all materials used, and works performed are as per specifications.
• Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project.
• Issuing Approved Material details to Procurement and Production.
• Preparing final handing over for the completed Projects. EXPERIENCE
