Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd. India November 2013 – January 2019 Profile Summary:
The first client I had worked with within Accenture was in FS-Insurance domain, in this project I had to work on Incidents/tickets and provide fix towards immediate issues by doing Root cause investigation and code changes for more than 15 applications.
In my second project, I have worked in FS-Banking domain as a Mainframe Developer for 3+ years working on COBOL, JCL and DB2 as my primary skills. I had delivered around 15 successful releases by working across different phases such as Analyze, Design, Build, Test and Deployment. During the last 6 months of my tenure in Accenture, I was a part of another client in FS-Banking domain wherein I worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst.
Senior Software Engineer December 2017 - January 2019
• Engaged in detailed analysis of the business requirements and technical specifications.
• Worked on preparing the complex design, functional and non-functional specs for the tasks.
• Involved in successful delivery of four major releases which had 30+ component changes and also major scheduling changes of jobs in Production.
• Extensive experience working in a Scrum team using Agile methodology for producing high-quality deliverables and meeting the targets. Participated actively in all the scrum ceremonies such as stand- ups, sprint planning, grooming and retrospective.

Created Front-end Panels through REXX and integrated it with dynamic JCL’s at the backend, wherein, user had to directly type the option and would in turn get the final output file/report created within few minutes, which earlier used to be done by manually creating and submitting jobs.
• Coordinated with the team to create deliverable components, communicated with other cross- functional teams when the functionality was developed on different platforms and worked together to come up with the design and implementation.
• Led the team to carry out end-to-end testing of the components developed on different platforms.
• Conducted peer reviews before deployment of components so as to minimize the defects in the final work product.
• Experienced in using Change and Release Management platform ServiceNow for creating change requests to push the new/changed functionalities and new/changed job schedules into the production.
