I perform onsite streaming services, and also sell, service and perform system design of commercial audio-visual-technology products and services for a variety of clients. With that comes the opportunity to provide customer support and consultation.
I was awarded service contracts for the U.S. District Courts in the state of Arizona for 2012 - 2014. During that time I was involved in the repair and upgrading of the courtrooms in Tucson, Phoenix, Prescott and Flagstaff. I was involved in providing upgrades to both AMX and Crestron codes and well as providing new equipment and installation services. I was contracted as Project Manager for the State of Arizona to oversee the upgrading of the boardroom for the Arizona Medical Board. This position required me to write the job spec, put it out to bid and then oversee the installation. Vaddio, Biamp, Audio-Technica and Crestron were the primary components used.

Electronic Systems & Service Engineer April 2002 to July 2006 I was directly responsible for on-site audio and video system maintenance for various clients including the U.S. Federal Courts, Maricopa County and Phoenix courts, U.S. Army Intelligence Center, Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, Bechtel plus several other service and maintenance accounts. My duties included, but were not limited to, troubleshooting electronic systems down to the component level, then repairing these systems. Systems can include anything from current state-of-the art digital signal processing equipment, control systems, AV equipment, etc. My strong skills are in the area of troubleshooting and understanding system function.
