Provide assistance and support to the Assistant Vice President and the Senior Admin Director in problem solving, project planning and coordination, and assist with development and execution of system-wide and departmental goals and objectives.

Assist in the preparation and planning of budgets to control costs and allocates funds in accordance with departmental functions. Perform regular reconciliations, analysis and justification of cost variances.
