Six month contract to globally replace Symantec products with McAfee and Windows Defender Internet Endpoint Protection software. My team completed this project on time and almost $500,000 under budget, including a 2 month reassignment to assist with a cyber security event. Over the contract I was assigned 4 additional projects including Absolute Endpoint Protection, Sentinel One Endpoint protection, Microsoft Defender ATP, and Server Local Account Removal.

Key Achievements:

Successful completion of the McAfee, Absolute, and Sentinel One projects with corporate savings just shy of $1M USD.

Reworked the overdue Microsoft Defender ATP project schedule to provide realistic goals and a road to success.
