Assisted KHI with customer demand to bring the aircraft to maximum Compliance. Assigned Team leader for the Japanese effort. These being the first lot of aircraft the customers (Boeing & FAA) required above standard compliance.

Assist Boeing with Change Notice (CN) which includes Upgrades and removals throughout aircraft in Graphite Composite and heavy to light Titanium. Hole generating, Riveting, Special fastener installation. Appointed to work with engineers to correct Work Orders and coordinating them to available graphics (Catia Computer Aided Three-dimensional Interactive Application).help decide when to assign work orders as to not conflict with other work being performed. Plane the arrival of kits according to this time line. No blue Prints available on this assignment. Performed receiving and Pre-delivery inspection and performed corrections as required.

1 Flir/Hellfire mod on a research and development team for the “Armed Helo” Project.

2 Helped set up tooling for Shop Operations and supplied training for inexperienced Personnel. Required to troubleshoot and worked with Quality Assurance to develop guidelines in root cause analysis for which to base their standards.

3 Cold Expansion of holes, Cadmium Plating, Anodizing, Weigh and Balance, Flex Hone.
