JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recording and maintaining all the documents as per the shift activities (BPCR, BCLR, Check lists.)

Checking all the raw materials are available on time for the batches planned and all the required batch sheets are made available,

Maintain online documents in related production activity as per cGMP,

Following the relevant Standard Operating Procedure at various stage of operation,

Producing the intermediate & API as per BPCR,

Coordinating with Production Personnel’s in maintaining specifijc parameters (like temperature, pH, pressure etc.) during the batch processing,

Preparing the instructions (BPCR, BCLR, Check lists etc.) for the production of intermediates or APIs according to written procedures,

Scheduling the preventive maintenance for the equipment,

Ensure the good housekeeping in production area as per 5S,

Verifying the environmental conditions of the controlled area,

Cost reduction in Production, Safety & Environmental issue,

Inspection & monitoring of equipment’s in field,

Observation and reporting of abnormality, deviation, near misses and incident during the process,

Monitoring production process and troubleshooting problems in process and equipment’s,

Following the Raw material consumption of every batch,

Verifying the contract workers health, hygiene conditions for working in controlled areas,

Co-ordinate with QA, QC, R&D, and Ware house,

Supervising the overall shift activities
