The existing environment prior to migration consisted of 2 Exchange 2010 servers hosted on Windows 2008 Servers. There was one Exchange server to accommodate the 2,000 user mailboxes and files, and one Exchange server for redundancy.
Updated and patched Windows 2008 Servers, and Microsoft Exchange 2010 Servers, and prepared files for migration to Office 365.
Implemented Office 365, procured licenses.
Created empty mail-enabled security group in Office 365.

Created a test migration of 1 box, then a test of 100, verifying after each.
