2) Worked as Project Engineer in Manazel Building Contracting from Jan 2011 to March 2016.
3) Worked as project Engineer in ACT Construction Co. L.L.C. from May 2016 to July 2020.
4) Working as Project Engineer in Cyber Construction & General Maintenance L.L.C.
Job Responsibilities :-
Planning, Monitoring and Controlling the Construction Activities in Site and supervises the day to day implementation of the project.
Execute work progress in quality to meet the Clients Satisfactory.
Manpower management at site for execution of project in order to meet the target within the time stipulated.
Evaluate and Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), evaluation of invoices of project.
Ensure that weekly work progress done for projects.
Ensure project completion within the time duration.
Inspecting project sites to monitor progress.
Preparing the Dry cost of project and cash flow chart to insure availability of fund for project.
Staying in contact with vendors, suppliers and clients to build strong business relationship which helps in generating additional project work..
Making the estimations for the project and checking the feasibility of the projects as per company.
Coordinating with the other staff and site subcontractor to ensure the continues progress of project as per requirement.
Ensure availability all approvals to start or run the site from government authority i.e. DM, Dewa, RTA. etc.
Dubai Municipality Exam.( G + Unlimited ) for Civil Engineer for License No.216469 passed in July 2019 and also G+1 for license no 581801 in June 2009 Also having valid driving Licenses for U A E .
Active Member of society of Engineers.
