Currently, hold Florida temporary license. Hold American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS- CPR/AED – 2019-21.
October 2011 – current AMN Healthcare - Locum Tenens DMD – Dentist - performed all aspects of general dentistry, including when deemed necessary, specialties of endodontics, non-surgical periodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontic treatment.
May 2009-2011 Stone Creek Family Dentistry - Cincinnati, Ohio - Lead Dentist - Multi Doctor practice. 10 operatories and team of 12, including several extern dental assistants and dental students. All forms of general dentistry performed. plans to have the client become a productive member of his or her school, family and society. Counseling also involved families who were also high their children, including weapons and drugs.
