This project is development of Infrastructure and Roads Development including Electrical, sewerage, drainage, water,MCC and Etisalat works and landscape)Hard& soft). In addition to Road structure the additional such as MCC and Etisalat requirements as per the additional facility. There are 5 contractors and the entire project was for zone #1 with duration/completion of the project all nearly 2020/21 according to Budget and size. All the contracts are remeasurable type with provisional sums and provisional items as per contract conditions. For Department of Transport (DOT) and monitoring and Controlling Centre (MCC) as per Authority requirement and administer in accordance with Provisional sum.

Responsibilities:

Administer day to day activities with contractors, Submit provisional, Variation and New rates for Employer Approval.

Evaluating technical and commercial submission by consultant/Contractor as per Request for proposal(RFP)

Conduct Meeting with Contractors regarding their payments and Value engineering submission before finalizing with the employer.

Attend Kick of Meeting and clarify the commercial and contractual clarification for the commercial part.

Involving all Pre and post contract activities including Change order Procedure, Claims management, Administration of PC/PS items upon progress of the work

Preparing the Engineer’s Instruction (EI) following Contract Conditions and summarizing the Variation

Review monthly RECAP for the different Package and Submit t report to Employer for proposing New Packages for the upcoming works within the allocated Budget.

Submit monthly logs with total project cash flow including Time and Cost related to Potential Variations, Value Engineering proposal with respect to monthly project Recap.

Establish a Close out and Final account Procedure for different contracts

Prepare and Submit Employer’s and Contractor’s monthly payment certificate against the contractor’s payment application.

Keep Project Overall Cost for every month as per Employer’s requirement.

Responsibilities:

Prepare pre Qualification document for Consultant and Contractor for Building, Infrastructure, Refurbishment, maintenance and service contract from inception to Final account,
