Supervision of all production processes and activities involved in the manufacturing of cowbell evaporated milk.

Controlling day-to-day running of production lines. Production planning, and direct Supervision of 112 operatives and three line supervisors.

Identifying training needs of staff within the factory and recommending/conducting on the job training as required. Handling and reporting disciplinary issues, grieviances, performance appraisal, attendance and leave schedule of subordinates and creating a positive working environment by building morale in the factory. Carrying out all pre-production checks in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure.

Ensuring that daily shift targets are met with minimal wastage and optimal output.(Canning, mixing, filling, autoclave, and packaging sections)

Ensuring machine efficiency optimization and downtime reduction by promptly reporting machine faults to the shift technicians and documentation on file maker for management action. Promoting continuous line process improvement.

Ensuring control of wastage and material usage variance in accordance to BOM through proper work methods and good manufacturing practices. Ensuring that the production and cleaning standard operating procedures are strictly followed as stipulated in the factory production and cleaning manual.

Supervising work of operatives to ensure proper distribution of work, effective and efficient coordination of shift production operations and reviewing machine reports at the end of the shift.
