In line with the previous offer regarding my reemployment to *pangalan ng company*, I would like that the following terms be included in my Employment Contract:

1.That fifty percent (50%) of the arrears, from my previous salary, be paid upon signing of the new contract;

2.that the remaining fifty percent (50%) be paid in a within three (3) months from the commencement of my employment following a twenty percent (20%), twenty percent (20%), and ten percent (10%) payment schedule respectively;

3.That I will be regularly receiving my monthly salary on the usual schedule without the need for prior demand;

4.That in case of a breach in the immediately preceding condition, the legal rate of interest shall be added for every fifteen (15) days of delay;

5.That in view of the fact that my visa is expiring this October, the same shall be renewed on or before the expiration date; and

6.That in case of delay, attributed to the fault of the company, in renewing my visa, the company shall be held liable to pay the corresponding fines and penalties thereof.

Above all, I’m with the high hopes that this reemployment would benefit both of us and result in a more productive working environment.
