Conversion of CFD Model XML to Ansys fluent journal file:(May,2020-July,2020,TRDDC Pune)

● This project involves conversion of XML model to Ansys fluent journal file

● XML Model consists the CFD components of Model which is then converted to journal file using python code and XSLT code.

• Working as a parttime business development manager and lead a team of 30 people

• Developed strategies for brand building of company and for ground reach. PROJECTS:

Numerical solution of incompressible flow over a wing: (Jan’20-Present)

● This project includes development of Numerical solution using Vortex Lattice method for incompressible flow over a wing.

● Currently working on Vortex Lattice Method.

Enhancement of heat transfer in pouch cell: (Aug’19-Nov’19)

● To determine the thermal performance of pouch cell using Finite Element method(Computational Fluid Dynamics).

● To analyse the heat transfer analysis in ANSYS Fluent by varying parameters such as discharge rate. (Tools:Ansys,SolidEdge,Matlab)

Circular manufacturing: (May’19-July’19)

● In this project,I worked on this topic to develop some resources on Circular Manufacturing which involves some case study regarding Circular Manufacturing. BAJA SAE and ENDURO STUDENT INDIA: (May’18-May’19)

● Designed Unsprung parts for ATV using SolidWorks according to every rule mentioned in rule book.

● Designed many cad models related to A.T.V and rendered the animation of entire A.T.V (cad model).

● In-house manufactured Knuckles, Brake Disc, Wheel hub.

Digital Fabrication or 3D printing: (Aug’17-Dec’17)

● Designed the CAD model of perpetual motion machine
