PROJECTS
Human Detection In Drone Images —
1)-Developed a deep learning model using YOLO to Detect the roof fall as - no roof fall, minor roof fall and major roof fall by using data such as gallery width, Seam thickness(for coal mines),Immediate roof, mining height,Roof support status, Depth of cover, type of mining etc. with the help of multiclass classification and two dimensional deep neural networks. The model was trained on 500 anotated images based on surveying data and accuracy was 89.5%. The aim is to extend this to mine safety and prevent any loss of life in u/g mines in case of roof fall (subsidence).
2)- Build an AI model to solve key Water Challenges in Mining Industry. It also helps to reduce the OPEX costs. Basic features in
Chemicals-Reducing costs with predictive chemicals and dosing (flocculants and coagulants
Energy- Intelligently control pumps and blowers minimize system wide energy costs.
Compliance- Reduce compliance risk and plan for and meet tightning discharge limits.
3)- Build a proposal based model to increase the Productivity of Aluminium in Smelter. This can be done by intelligently monitoring the contents of Alumina, Cokes, Pitch, Aggreates and reducing the amount of slag in Smelter
ACHIEVEMENTS
●Build a Water Mist System at affordable cost for open cast mine( Team Work).
●Build a Water fountain system which helps in cleaning of wheels of Dumper( Team Work.)
●Build a Lifi system to detect emergency in U/G mine.
●Responcible for digital transformation of Sarthak Mentoring Program( My role to is to lead and trasform the Website and App function of Sarthak Program)
