Centara Hotel is a mixed-use development project covering a total built-up area of 76,953.97 square meters. It is a 30–stories tower, it was inspired by a creative idea and a new concept of owning apartments in a luxury hotel. The tower is composed of 264 hotel rooms, 96 residential apartments with 402 parking space Centara Hotel includes suites, restaurants and luxury spa.

Al Thuraya Tower - 3B+G+42F – Project Value 710 Million QAR Al Thuraya is a 42 stories unique tower including outdoor swimming pool & Kids Play area that takes place in Al Dafna Area. It was inspired by a creative idea and a new concept of owing a hotel apartments. It was designed in a modern and special way to keep in line with the architectural and economic evolution in Qatar, especially in Al Dafna area.
