Job Description:

1. Perform and implement all custom clearance activities such as following up coming shipment, documents transactions and day-to-day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures.

2. Following up with Operation department and Clients for reception of complete set of shipping documents for customs clearance purposes and ensures its compliance with Saudi Customs regulations and exemption lists requirements. 3. Coordinating with the clearing Agents and prepare supporting documents required for clearance such as B/Gs, shipping guarantees requisitions and ensure on time submittal and follow up for immediate clearance.

4. Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders, processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies and orders received. 5. Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and suppliers, custom clearance delivers orders to faculty and staff. 6. Receives and stores documents and confidential files, maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.
