Transfer of parts from old warehouse to new warehouse by effective planning of parts picking at old warehouse, shipping of parts and binning at new warehouse considering the size of parts, quantity of parts, commodity of parts, size of the trucks available, turn-around time etc. Achieved the target of shipping the parts to new warehouse within prescribed period without disrupting requirement and parts flow nationally and dealer/distributor end.
