Project Description: The project comprise of:-
Renovation and Upgrading of AL Yamama Palace Riyadh, including construction of NEW Substations, Generators rooms, Shifting/Installation the electrical equipment’s (RMU, Transformers, Switchgears), Infrastructure works & Supports MV & LV Cables, Street lighting poles, Construction of helipad, Landscape replacement, Roads, Infra Structure & Sewerage Networks etc.
Field of expertise include HSE system & implementation, risk assessment development, safety coaching & training, emergency management, Permit to work system, safety audits & inspections, incident/accident investigations & reporting and environmental management.
Responsibilities:-
Implementing company loss prevention program
Conducting Regular Safety inspections and submitting daily, weekly & monthly reports to the management and client.
Review Contractor documents such as SH&E Manual, Project HSE Plan, HSE Procedures, HSE Performance, Emergency Procedures, Training Plan, Method Statements, Risk Assessment, etc.
Implement HSE pro-active measures in the project site activities as stated in HSE Code of Practices & procedures of the company.
Assess on construction and installation methods of construction plant and equipment and advice / ensure HSE risks are as low as reasonably practicable.
Conduct “Weekly Project HSE Meeting” with contractors and keep minutes of meeting as a record.
Conduct “Management Safety Walk-Through” at site and prepare minutes as a record.
Conduct monthly “Project HSE Committee Meeting” and prepare minutes of meeting as a record.
Attend construction meetings to keep update on the current and future plan for the project and point out the project management team for critical jobs.
Conduct construction related HSE trainings to staff to identify site hazards during their job activities at site and maintain records for audit purpose.
Conduct “Safety Stand Down” and announce “Employee of the Month Award” on monthly basis.
Closely monitor site activities and site conditions on daily basis to find out HSE lapses of Contractor and take appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPA) and report to Project Manager and Client’s Project Manager.
Safety Inspections on construction site pointing out deviations and advise immediate action
Ensure display of correct safety signage at all important locations.
Examining, Analyzing and Reporting of accidents & injuries and suggesting remedial recommendations and issuing violations for unsafe work.
Conducting safety awareness training & precautionary methods for the personnel in the carpentry, mechanical and fabrication yards, scaffoldings, and hazardous areas.
Monitoring /conducting daily/weekly tool box meeting for the contractors.

Project Description: The project comprise of:-
780 Villas including Mosques, Infrastructure/superstructure works, New Substations, Shifting/Installation the electrical equipment’s RMU, transformers, switchgears and installation of street lighting poles.
Field of expertise includes HSE system, safety coaching & training, emergency management, Permit to work system, safety audits & inspections, incident/accident investigations & reporting.
Responsibilities:-
Prevent hazards by overseeing compliance of OSHA Standards at construction site.
Review of Contractors HSE Plan and risk assessments.
Supervision during Hot works to ensure that the Safety Regulations are adhered to avoid any Fire Hazard.
Conducting safety awareness training and precautionary method for the person in the carpentry shop, mechanical shop, fabrication yard, construction site, crane, heavy equipment air compressors, heavy plant vehicles, forklift trucks and other hazardous area.
To conduct daily routine inspections.
To monitor accident reporting and investigation procedures to ensure that they are performed to establish trends and development of appropriate recommendations to minimize recurrence in the future.
