Managing Warehouse/Stores as to:-

Maintains Spares Direct & indirect materials as receiving, inspection, storing on location, issuing or distribution as per SOP.

To take necessary action against the damaged or short receive materials.

Incoming Quality monitoring for Direct, Indirect and all Machinery spares parts.

Raise the indent/PO against short materials and to follow up the Purchase department to Supplier for not suffer the production.

Control GRN/RGP/NRGP/DEADSTOCK & Slow moving stock & timely submit rept to accounts.

Co-ordinate with Purchase, Accounts and Production/floor for smooth work flow.

To make space management for utilizing optimum space and beautify the storage items.

Safeguards Warehouse/Store operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

Maintain the MSDS for hazardous materials and to train the co-worker.

Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconcile with data storage system through perpetual, quarterly and yearly.

Inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

Control the materials sent against Returnable or Non-returnable gate pass.

Control & verify the Dead stock or slow moving material and to take necessary action on that.

Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
