Key application area are gas and oil industry, in addition to the chemical and pharmaceuticals industries, food industry, shipbuilding sector, biofuel, sewage treatment plants, water conditioning plants and distilleries

PRIME RESPONSIBLE:

Testing of Explosion protected Equipment, Panels, Light fittings and signalling devices.

Inspection & Service of R. STAHL Products at customer site (Asia Region)

Co-ordinate with BIS,EIL & DEKRA Audits accompanied by HQ coordinator

Co-ordinate with third party / Customer inspections.

Control, Update & distribution of product certificates like IECEX, ATEX, UL, PESO etc...

Co-ordinate with Design team for product type test, DFMEA & PFMEA

Update the status of Product re-validation requirements to Head Quarters Germany

Manufacturing documents review with Certification documents during new product release for production.

Conducting process audit and product audit in the assembly line as per control Plan.

Update & maintain Control plan, checklist based on Inspection test guideline and applicable standards.

Analyze, Update and maintain the customer complaints records (Domestic and international).

Identify and implement the Poka yoke (fool proofing method) system in the Assembly line for Controlling of Process rejection.

Review and circulate the internal audit findings to relevant departments.

Frequently update the status of internal audit findings.

Major findings are analysed with Pareto Chart, Route cause and Corrective Actions are defined with 8D reports.

Instrument Calibration planning, Instrument control and New instrument planning & Purchase

Conduct a quality circle meeting on monthly basis and identify the improvements in product assembly, rejection control & system related activities.

Preparation of Monthly quality reports to Head Quarters Germany.

Preparation and submission of Final Quality Documents to the Customer
