Responsibilities
Conduct cleaning tasks training to staff according to the BICSc standard
Conduct training (customer’s care, HSE etc.) and orientation of new staff.
Gives refresh training to regular staff during low season.
Note all the lost and found in public area and update/ inquiries
Assist with emergency procedure like fire evacuation
Manage cleaning department functions including short and long term planning, as well as day to day operation.
Maintain company’s image portraying a neat and tidy appearance according to rules and regulation of the company
Maintain the integrity of a property wide inspection program on a regular basis.
Instructs new hires and employee in the expectation and responsibilities for each rules
Ensure all staff under supervision follow all task given on the particular day and according to forecasted even and ensure that HSE rules and procedure are being followed.
