Reorganized multiple procedures in five different areas of Insurance Support Center (ISC) to reduce costs. Researched and analyzed multiple areas to determine how to design and implement restructuring project. RESULT: Overall decrease in ISC budget by 12% by reducing the number of employees, procedures, and locations of specialized areas.
