WORK EXPERIENCE
Fuzzy's Taco Shop
January 2015 to August 2017
My duties at fuzzy’s included deep cleaning the entire restaurant (i.e: sweeping, moping, cleaning the grills, taking out the trash). I would also stock the inventory for the restaurant, prepare the food, and operate a cash register. All while providing excellent customer service. During my time at Fuzzy’s I was promoted to the head cook meaning I was in charge of the kitchen and the line cooks. As the head cook, I had to keep up moral and motivation in the kitchen by acknowledging when the line cooks performed great. I also had to provide constructive critique when their performance could improve. I micro managed each line cook giving them each specific instructions to complete orders as fast as possible.
