Working with 4D as Junior Engineer. Coordinates network problem and resolution activities at 24/7, centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) in a multi-platform environment. Monitors the network to ensure its availability. Observes and identifies the status and performance of all network and server components.

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting Cisco Routers and Cisco Switches.

• Monitoring networking devices using Cisco Prime Infrastructure and Zabbix.
