Description:
This project comprises of the construction of the two High-rise Towers located in Pearl Qatar. These towers are the first Precast High-rise Towers in Qatar. Total 22 floors are there i.e. Ground, 3 Podiums, Amenities, 15 Floors and 2 Pent Houses. Precast columns, Core Walls, Precast Stair cases, Pre stressed Beams, Hollow core Slabs and Pre stressed Solid slab are being used. Apart from this prefabricated washrooms (POD) are also using.
