ACADEMIC PROJECT

Design and Implementation of VSM to Improve the Production Efficiency in Apparel Industry: The objective of this project is to identify value added and non-value added activities. VSM should reflect what actually happens rather than what is supposed to happen so that opportunities for improvement can be identified. Design and Development of Natural Refrigeration System: This is an in-house project which is based on the principle of evaporative cooling. The system aims at increasing the life span of vegetables and fruits, eliminating the effect to human health due to existing conventional refrigerators.

Bicycle Powered Water Pump: BPWP is a device used for lifting water from lower level to higher level by means of pedaling the cycle that drives the shaft of the impeller of the pump. This project helps to reduce the consumption of electricity by a small extent.
