Preparing all shipment documents based upon LC

Arranging transportation from mine to yard attending for inspection when the cargo is loaded into container

Negotiating freight rates from main liners

Plan for vessel schedule and loading date

And if it is export shipment when the order is finalized collecting release order from the carrier and paying necessary charges in port and inform to the transporter to pick up empty containers from terminal at work for loading

And filing the bayn on the same stuffing date and clear the containers from customs

And if it is import shipment once we receive documents from the party we have to surrender OBL and collect delivery order from the carrier and pay liner charges and clear from the customs
