SUMMARY

I am a Qualified Instrumentation Engineer having more than 11 years of experience in Oil and Gas Sector. I have principally been involved in Instrumentation Commissioning, Pre-Commissioning, Construction and Maintenance fields of continuous process plants in onshore. I have actively participated as key member in various projects and I am well conversant with project life cycle from concept to commissioning.

Nature of Duties

Reporting to the Instrument SI/Construction Manager in pursuance of assigned job.

Study the project scope of work and liaise with planning department to prepare and finalize the project execution plan (PEP).

Estimate the resource requirement like manpower, equipment & material as per the scope of work (Sow) and project execution plan (PEP).

Assemble a team and assign groups to activities on priority basis as per available work-front and allocate required resources.

Assist the Material Control Department (MCD) with material specifications for procurement of material that belongs to sub-contractors scope of supply.

Coordinate with the sub-contractor & client regarding technical clarifications or modifications. Prepare modification red mark-up and as-built drawings and submit for approval.

Prepare & submit daily, weekly & monthly progress reports internally to project control department (PCD), and also to client for invoicing purposes.

Prepare work permit risk assessment (RA) prior to execution of each critical activity before job execution so as to meet the KOC safety standards.

Provide technical solutions if and when required that arise due to difficulty in execution of contractors design.

Study the project contract so as to be aware of any deviations or addition in project scope of work.

Verify right operation of loop including fail-safe valve actions. Prepares commissioning work reports. Checking Work package.
