I worked as lead intelligence planner for U.S. and NATO training exercises activities. As an exercise planner, I designed, wrote, and scripted multiple scenarios to support Army operations. As an Intelligence training manager, I consulted and translated U.S. Army Europe and Department of the Army requirements into training plans for subordinate organizations. I managed trainers and training plans to ensure adherence to developing Army training management policy. I supported the U.S. Army doctrine by evaluating and reviewing draft doctrine, supported theater training requirements ensuring subordinate units report accurately according to Department of the Army and U.S. Army Europe Lines of Effort.

Notable Accomplishments: Planned and executed a U.S. Army intelligence activity lead onboarding of five different NATO countries, thus enabling for a live collection activity in support of U.S. Army Europe Operations. I executed USAREUR's training program for All Source Intelligence Analysis in Theater by conducting three Brigade-level workshops for over 45 U.S. and Multinational Soldiers during 120 hours of instruction, aided in clarification and institute new policy requirements for all subordinate units including the rotational units and Atlantic Resolve forces. Notable Accomplishments: Supported the command by ensuring dissemination of operational intelligence which assisted both the common operational picture for four named ANDSF operations and assisted in the prosecution of targets for TAAC-S, lead the development of hundreds of intelligence products and multiple in-depth focused finished intelligence studies enabling the commander to support U.S. policy and operations in Afghanistan. Worked with Joint IED Defeat Agency to develop a solution involving the collating of data from Organizational SharePoint and databases for discovery by the larger IC and operations communities. The completion of this effort would have wide positive impacts on knowledge management throughout the entire operational theater.

Trident Juncture 2018 Planner: Lead Multinational Intelligence Fusion Cell Planner served as the lead planner for the Multinational Intelligence Fusion Cell and facilitated Multinational Soldier’s participation in a NATO Major Joint Operation Exercise, which required 15 months of preparatory planning. A small team of Noncommissioned Officers, civilians, and I advanced a conceptual operational plan to support U.S. Army and U.S. European Command Lines of Operation, resulting in an event which gathered Soldiers and civilians from five different European countries, as well U.S. Air Force members.
