Project : Onboarding new Properties

After acquiring a new property by the sales team it is handed over for a process of legally onboarding the property Roles:

Acquiring the required documents and aligning with revenue, finance and Legal team. Loading the property in the Central Reservation System (CRS), creating a unique ID for each property. Making property Active so that it can be loaded and sold in OTA platforms. Project : Ratings increase across OTA platforms

Ratings play an important role in drawing customers to any hotels. Finding different ways in increasing the number of ratings and the rating itself

Roles:

Increasing the traffic with the help of growth team using coupons and discounts Instructing ground team and hotel staff with creative ideas to encourage customers give ratings Analyze the previous data and setting up targets to achieve decent rating and tracking it on a daily basis Project : Beavercreek Bus Routing system (C Language) Bus routing problems are significantly more complicated than conventional vehicle routing problems so an approach to optimize the route by picking both elementary school students and private school students together was made. Developed an algorithm-based Route optimization program. Provided a new optimized route based on the code and incorporated the same into their software. Obtained a 60% reduction in distance travelled for a single route. Project : 4-Way Traffic Signal Simulation (Arena)
