I have involved in the erection and commissioning of CD-filter in recausticizing plant at Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Ltd., Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.

Involved in the erection and commissioning of Cement Mill with a capacity of 40TPH at Anjani Portland Cement Ltd., Mellacheruvu, Andhra Pradesh.

Involved in the erection and commissioning of SIEMENS DCS (PCS7) at Anjani Portland Cement Ltd., Mellacheruvu, Andhra Pradesh.

Involved in the erection & commissioning of Clinkerization unit with a capacity of 1500 TPD. I have undertaken the responsibilities and activities of Instrumentation relating to Cement Mill with a capacity of 80TPH, Raw Mill of 100TPH and 10 spout Double Discharge ROTO Packer of make EEL India at Anjani Portland Cement Ltd., (LINE-2), Mellacheruvu, Andhra Pradesh.

Have involved in enhancing 1800 TPD clinkerization plant to 2800 TPD and in erection and commissioning of Coal Mill-2 with a capacity of 12 TPH at Meghalaya Cements Ltd., Meghalaya.

Involved in erection of Boiler for 80MW thermal power plant in Sarda Metals & Alloys at Kothavalasa, Vizianagaram District, Andhra Pradesh.

Job Description & Responsibilities in Maintenance

Responsible for attending Instrumentation equipment problems and maintaining equipments.

Managing and carrying out preventive maintenance activities as per the plan.

Performing various troubleshooting and modification assignments.

Planning& performing of all Shut-Down activities.

Coordinating with sub-ordinates and other Departments.

Job Description & Responsibilities in Projects

Responsible for reviewing construction drawings such as GA drawings for panel’s erection, wiring layouts, P&I drawings, typical installation details etc.

Supervision of installation and mounting of all field instruments, equipments and field JB’s with cable laying and testing.

Responsible for Checking of I/O Schedule, Cable schedules and JB schedules.

Performing Loop checking of cables from MCC Feeders, Field instruments, Field JB’s and all other control panels to I/O panel & supervising cable termination activities.

Effective co-ordination with contract workers for achieving goals in given time.

Professional Experience

Have good knowledge in working with SIEMENS PCS7.

Have good knowledge in maintenance and troubleshooting of AC drives of make TOSHIBA and ABB (ACS 550 & ACS 800) up to 700kW.

Have good knowledge in maintenance and troubleshooting of DC drives of make KIRLOSKAR up to 120kW.

Have good experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of weigh feeders with a capacity of 8TPH to 150TPH of make TRANSWEIGH and SCHENCK PROCESS.

Have good knowledge in maintenance and troubleshooting of Gas Analyzers of make SIEMENS- ULTRAMAT-23 and EMERSON – BINOS 200.

Have good experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of all types of process instruments like control valves, actuators, level switches & level transmitters, pressure & draught transmitters of make ABB, EMERSON (ROSEMOUNT),YOKOGAWA.
