I am interested in applying for your Staffing Coordinator position. I have a BA in Social Work and a MA in Communications and with my education and experience I believe I could be an asset to your company.
I moved to Denver a year ago for my current position. While I have learned much, I have found there is little room for growth in my current company. I earned my MA in Communications recently and would like to increase my opportunities to use it. On a personal level I always try to make myself more valuable by gaining experience and knowledge and creating better interpersonal relationships. Doing my best and examining best practice in companies is something I really enjoy.
My academic record will attest to the fact that I am disciplined and hardworking. I maintained a 4.0 GPA not only throughout my undergrad but also throughout my graduate program on top of working and having internships. I am a team player and will always do my best. I would like to use my knowledge of cross cultural and interpersonal communications to contribute to your company. I love problem solving and would love a new opportunity to learn and grow. I am looking to learn more about Human Resources and I would love to get into a company in which I can grow with. I am passionate about the field and I would love to share my passion. I am particular interested in trainings, employee relations, retention and sustainability, however I want to be well rounded and would like to learn more about all elements of Human Resources.
