HCL TECHNOLOGIES TECH LEAD SEPT 17, 2018 – CURRENT (2 YEAR)

• Working on GDPP for Volvo trucks where products (Trucks) are tracked in Factory using google maps. In GDPP, Admin user can define the different regions within factory which are visible as geofencing on google map. Users can locate their trucks by looking at the map and can see in which region it is placed. Factory user can link a truck with tracking device.

• Andon Durban project for Renault where the data from different stations of assembly line is visible and controlled by Andon boxes. Based on the button pressed on the box’s current status of stations changes. Whole assembly process is automatic as scheduled by admin which runs on a scheduled time for scheduled durations. Alerts management and other admin configurations are enabled for the admin.

• Worked on AGEO project for Volvo Groups where the data from different devices is collected by Azure IOT hub using LORA gateway and it is further being sent to application using Azure-Thingworx connector.

• Worked on VMMS mobility solution to connect user to exiting IFS database where shop floor user can create and get work orders. User has option to scan a device using mobile camera and update information in the system. UI was developed using Thingworx which support mobile browser.

• Worked on HCL’s own product which is called as RMI (Realtime Manufacturing Insights) which leverages IoT in manufacturing intensive enterprises, to address key operational challenges like limited visibility into production downtime root-cause, ineffective 1

utilization of planned downtime, quality and people issues faced by the manufacturing enterprises. The solution helps reduce the resolution time to analyze root-cause of machine downtime, scrap losses, inventory carrying cost and machine maintenance costs, enabled by real-time monitoring. Solution is developed using Thingworx, Azure and kepware.

• Worked on ABB's VTonCould application in which perform scheduled verification on live devices to perform logical tests and generates the health report.

• Worked on FOF (factory of future) on Thingworx platform where the data from different devices is being collected by gateway (Kepware) and it is further being sent to application. Dashboard/ trending/Alerts and SPC analysis for data analytic is done over collected data.
