Telephone: +658******* (WhatsApp) Email: **********@*****.***

Please find enclosed my curriculum vitae.

I have been working with Tolaram Group since November 2013 from its Lagos, Nigeria office but moved over to the Singapore office from January 2017-Februrary 2020. I am currently working on the development and financing of a deep sea port project of 3 container berths, with capabilities of a dry and liquid bulk in Nigeria. I am involved in regulatory procedures, undertaking steps to meet the statutory requirements and the legal due diligence of subcontractors, equity partners and lenders. I work closely with the Nigerian Ports Authority, being the regulatory body overseeing all port activities in Nigeria and also a stakeholder in the project. With my involvement in an infrastructure project of this magnitude in Nigeria, which is arguably the first of its kind, I have equipped myself with core knowledge in understanding key project financing agreements such as the EPC Contract, Concession Agreement and a Sub-Concession Agreement, amongst others. My involvement as part of the development team, has added a much needed on-the-ground experience and knowledge in reviewing and negotiating projects documents to my portfolio. Working with project counterparts like China Harbour Engineering Company in China as both equity partner and lender and CMA Terminals in France as Sub-Contractor has widened my parameters in the working environment of project finance, due diligence, compliance and risk management. I am effective because I execute my tasks with efficiency, decisiveness and I draw on resources available to achieve my goals that are set within the desired time, structure and process. With my experience in working for a multinational and diverse company like Tolaram Group, I have proven to be a valuable team member and an effective communicator. Professional Work Experience
