Job description:

The project involves in handling tickets .

According to our management instructions we have been recommended to use two important tools.

BMC Remedy tool

The failures will be generated as a ticket, according to priority basis,which will be visible in BMC remedy tool

We take ownership according to our instructions and we will assign to the concern team,so as to solve within prescribed SLA

The priority will be scheduled like P1,P2,P3,P4.

According to our SLA P2 & P4 should be assigned first priority.

HPSC TOOL

The description will be available in HPSC TOOL.

We have to open the document and in that document the team who is responsible to take care of the ticket will be mentioned.

We will act according to the instructions.
