Achieved ZERO MAIN LINE STOP through to made a new buffer system.

Quality & Production In-charge of sub floor body assembly line for Kwid and redi go.

It was a continuous production achieving the target of both production quantity as well as quality.

Planning the order of components production according to the customer.

Maintaining the buffer stock to avoid out of stock condition.

Capacity study and cycle time study for each line performance improvement.

Consideration of rework quantity & rejection quantity (failure quantity).

Monitoring the opening & closing stock each month.

Manpower allotting to stages as per the requirement.
