• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.

• Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.

• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.

It is composed of three types of villas, health club, administration and outdoor landscape area and facilities. it provides the residents privacy and relaxing atmosphere. DEP scope of work included the architecture and interior design concept & development.
