Experience:

1- BAM Company for Contracting. (Electrical & Low current Engineer) in Offices Building project (2500m^2) & Residential Project

(20000m^2) (Oct2017-Feb2020).

-Review all designing drawings with related BOQ for all electrical and low current works, and making the related modification and notes according to the national and international stndards and then sending them to the client.

-Coordination with the consultant and preparation of all shop drawings, and making materials submittals for all electrical and low current works in addition to time schedule preparation and submitting them by the consultant.

-Making Quantity Survey for all electrical and low current materials, and then preparing specific materials orders according to specifics stage of the project.

-Managing the technicians and labors in the sites, and supervising, leading and monitoring their progress.

-Field Inspection Request & Financial Summary preparing, and variation order making for any item added or any item specification is modified by consultant.

- Supervision for the installation, programming, testing and commissioning of all electrical and low current works in the site, and preparing of the project as-built drawing preparing.

-Maintenance works following up if any problem or fault occurs in the site.

- Developing of budgets, estimating labor, material and electrical and low current works costs.

- General supervision of mechanical works like HVAC, Plumbing, and firefighting systems. 2- Nibras Est. for Low Current & Home Automation Systems contracting. (Low Current & Home Automation Engineer) in Private Offices and Villas (Feb2016-Jan2018).

-The coordination with the clients and querying about all their requirements, and then making a site survey.

-Quotation Preparation for all required works including designing, installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of all low current systems in addition to the home automation system using KNX Protocol and Property protocol like VIMAR.

-Following up and supervision the progress of projects until hand over them to the clients Education:

University of Aden, Faculty of Engineering, Yemen (2015). BSc in Electrical Engineering (Very Good).

1- Saudi Council of Engineers certification.

2- KNX Basic Course Certification (The worldwide STANDARD for home and building control). 3- IELTS Exam certificate (5 out of 9).
