8-10-16 To 9-6-2019 Southeastern Metal Products Maintenance/Facilities Manager

Recruited by the President of Southeastern to manage the daily operations of the plant addition of 40,000 sq. ft. and moving, equipment from Shadyside, Ohio to Charlotte 12 stamping presses along with a 5-axis laser, robotic cells, welders and negotiated purchase a 175-ton press brake. Also responsible for the startup of the new plant in Texas. along with Maintenance in both locations. Negotiated with contractor's to set-up new Texas Plant. Designed and ran air and gas lines installing a Powder coat Paint line, setting press brakes and welders.

9-2-14 to 2-26-16. Challenge Mfg. Corporate Maintenance Manager Grand Rapids MI.

Recruited to Program manage the construction a new 500,000 Sq.Ft. Stamping and Welding Plant in Kansas City, MO. including getting permits to build and managing along with Walbridge the General Contractor. This included all aspects of construction, and setting of equipment. Building will have 2 Eagle transfer presses and 2 800-ton blanking presses and roughly 400 robotic welders.

04-08-13 to 9-2-14. Genesee Stamping. Maintenance/Facilities Manager Grand Prairie TX.

Recruited by a former Plant Manager to assist in a turnaround efforts of a taken over plant. Hired as the Maintenance Manager to get the facility back in shape and purchase new equipment and ready the plant for a project that will double the sales of the plant. Negotiated the purchase a new Haas mill and Fiber optic laser, along with 2 Amada press brakes and rebuilds of some small stamping presses.

09-01-10 to 04-05-13. Imperial Group Texas Division. Maintenance/Facilities Manager Decatur TX.

Hired on full time after the hiring freeze as the Maintenance Manager for both Texas plants. Main plant being in Decatur with 3 buildings and a plant in Denton TX. Negotiated with contractor's to complete a $200,000 makeover of the front office. Lead the effort to ISO 14001.Largest project was the move of 8 Stamping presses from our TN. And Washington plants into Texas This included the planning, rigging, pit construction and transportation from each location.

07-01-09 to 09-01-10 Barth Press and Equipment Services. Owner Fort Jennings, Ohio

Started my own Business, working for the Imperial Group out of Portland TN. Moving 25 sets of stamping dies to two Texas plants In October of 2009 they asked me to take over the day to day operations of the Portland, which consists of 2 plants one a full stamping plant making parts for class 8 heavy trucks, Plant 2 is a full chrome plating plant. This included 125 hourly employees in 2 plants 7 department heads and their supervisors. In June of 2010 I returned to Texas to manage the Maintenance Department.

10-08-07 to 05-01-09. Fabio Hot Stamping Maintenance/Facilities Manager Detroit MI

Maintenance Manager, hired to improve the day to day operations of the department. Trained the department in LOTO Confined space and other safety related systems. Installed a 2,000 and 3,000 ton transfer presses in Shannon MS. Negotiated the purchased and installation of a 500 ton blanking press and feed line, also lead the ISO 14001 effort

09-05 to 4-07. Progressive Stamping. Maintenance/Facilities Manager Ottoville, OH

Recruited back as Maintenance Manager to assist in adding 150,000 sq. ft. To the building. Adding 2 robotic lines and 14 sub cells and an E-Coat &Power Coat Paint lines. Direct supervision of 2 supervisors and 20 hourly employees.

06-04 to 03-05. L&W Southtec Maintenance/Facilities Manager Lebanon TN.

Recruited by a former Plant Manager to assist in turnaround efforts of a new plant that had doubled in size within 1 year of start up. Assisted in installation of new stamping presses and weld lines, building and ground expansion. Direct supervisor of 3 salaried and 26 hourly employees.

Slashed Maintenance overtime by 30% by balancing staff over 3 shifts while ensuring the continuation of services.

Brought forklift repairs in house saved approximately $ 5000 per month

Upgraded the PM programs by implementing new procedures and broader coverage to existing system.
