§ Led a 5-person sod-laying crew and ensured the highest standards, in-order to provide the optimal golfing experience for the member.

§ Trained roughly 10 employees on the sod laying crew and bunker crew, while creating a culture of detail oriented labour, which yielded highly valuable employees.

§ Conceptualized and initiated a project to eradicate invasive weeds from around the ponds, which contributed greatly to the overall aesthetics of the golf course and resulted in frequent praise from the superintendent, regarding work ethic.
